RVRN owns a 12,000-ton forging line which meets the highest standard in the industry, and adopts the most advanced and mature three-step forging process to ensure product quality. The spinning machine is the most advanced German Leifeld spinning machine and the milling machine is a Japanese high-end CNC machine.
Our forged blanks are crafted from aerospace-grade 6061 magnesium aluminum alloy, on the same production lines of heavy machinery, high-speed rail and aircraft wheels, ensuring top-tier quality and performance. We take pride in using only brand-new raw materials, completely avoiding any recycled materials in our production process. At present, only a select few companies worldwide possess the expertise and capabilities necessary to handle these advanced production lines, and we are honored to be among them. We pay attention to all the processes of the product, from raw material, design, equipment, manufacturing, we have
complete control in all aspects. For the key product forging process, our equipment is currently the highest-end 12,000-
ton forging line, and adopts the most advanced and mature three-step forging process to ensure product quality. The
spinning machine adopts the most advanced German Leifeld spinning machine and the milling machine is a Japanese
high-end CNC machine. Our team has 15 senior engineers who have been engaged in the wheel industry for more than 10
years to ensure high-quality completion of customer needs and ideas. Relying on a mature and strong supply chain
system, we insist on providing timely and efficient services to our customers. The company adheres to a membership

Design is the technical soul of the company.
Our chief designer, with more than 15 years of professional wheel design experience, participated in the design of BMW original wheels in Germany.
The technical R&D team is good at FEA analysis, constantly gaining experience in practice, and maintaining close communication with the German Technical Supervision Association TÜV, constantly pursuing optimization in product performance, and further achieving product beauty and maximum light weight on the basis of ensuring safety.We provide customers with professional suggestions，effective solutions and try our best to bring a good customer experience.

RVRN Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Idar-Oberstein, Germany in 2006.
After more than ten years of development, it has established Guangzhou Global After-sales Service Center, Hong Kong Sales Branch, Japan Sales Branch and other branches, becoming an international high-end wheel enterprise.2021 RVRN began to develop North American market and switch our main business from Europe to the United States.
Our goal is to incorporate our passion for creation, innovation, craftsmanship and all things automotive into every wheel we make. However, our ambitions don’t stop there. We’re determined to become leaders in the wheel industry, and to offer the highest quality wheels and best service to our customers.
